Area Sales Manager (ASM)

We are looking for dynamic, energetic, and result oriented professionals to join our Sales & Distribution team as ASM/TSM. The selected candidates will be responsible for managing assigned territories, achieving sales targets, developing distribution networks, and ensuring strong market coverage for our Food, Commodity & Consumer Products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets of the assigned territory.
• Develop and maintain a strong network of distributors, dealers, wholesalers, retailers, and key outlets.
• Ensure effective product distribution and availability across the assigned market.
• Conduct regular market visits to monitor sales, stock, availability, visibility, pricing, and competitor activities.
• Develop new outlets and expand market coverage to increase sales volume.
• Maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and business partners.
• Ensure proper implementation of company sales strategies and promotional programs.
• Monitor distributor sales, stock, collection, and market outstanding.
• Ensure proper execution of Route-to-Market (RTM), distribution, merchandising, and visibility activities.
• Identify market opportunities and take necessary initiatives to maximize sales growth.
• Monitor competitors’ products, pricing, promotional activities, and market movements.
• Prepare regular sales, market visit, stock, collection, and competitor reports.
• Achieve numeric distribution, productive outlet, strike rate, and other assigned KPIs.
• Lead, supervise, and motivate sales representatives'/field sales teams where applicable.
• Ensure disciplined market execution and compliance with company policies.
• Perform any other sales and marketing responsibilities assigned by management.
