Job Responsibilities
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets within the assigned territory.
Develop and manage dealer, distributor, and retail networks.
Identify new business opportunities and expand market coverage.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners.
Supervise, guide, and motivate Sales Officers and Sales Representatives.
Monitor competitors` activities and provide regular market intelligence reports.
Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments from dealers and distributors.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Execute company sales and marketing strategies effectively.
Represent the company professionally and maintain a strong brand image in the market.
