Job Responsibilities
Lead, supervise, motivate, and coach Medical Promotion Officers within the assigned territory.
Set monthly and quarterly sales targets and ensure consistent achievement.
Conduct regular field visits with MPOs to monitor performance and guide them on scientific and product detailing.
Build and maintain strong professional relationships with doctors, clinics, hospitals, pharmacies, and healthcare institutions.
Ensure the proper implementation of product campaigns, sampling activities, CME programs, and promotional strategies.
Analyze territory-wise sales trends, prescription generation, market potential, and competitor activities.
Monitor product availability and coordinate with distributors to ensure proper stock management.
Manage territory budgets, promotional expenses, and distribution activities efficiently.
Prepare periodic sales and performance reports and share valuable insights with regional and head office management.
Ensure discipline, productivity, and professional standards among team members.
