Architect

We are expanding our design & execution team, and we’re looking for Architects who are ready to take responsibility, solve problems, and grow with us.

We’re looking for someone who can take ownership of a project from drawings to execution.

• Consult with clients to understand spatial requirements, aesthetic preferences, and budget constraints.
• Develop conceptual layouts, space planning, 2D floor plans, and 3D visual renderings.
• Select and specify interior materials, finishes, lighting fixtures, colors, and furnishings in close coordination with the procurement manager for sourcing and vendor alignment.
• Prepare detailed working drawings and Good For Construction layouts for site execution.
• Create accurate Bills of Quantities (BOQs), itemized estimations, and manage material delivery schedules.
• Manage overall project timelines and ensure design execution aligns with the approved budget.
• Partner with the site supervisor to direct and oversee on-site contractors, carpenters, painters, electricians, and plumbers.
• Inspect and approve all incoming interior materials, custom furniture, and decor items alongside the procurement manager before installation.
• Conduct regular site visits with the site supervisor to monitor installation quality, maintain design intent, and resolve spatial discrepancies.
• Perform final quality checks with the site supervisor, rectify snag lists, and oversee complete project handover to the client.
