Assist in preparing and delivering client presentations independently.
Prepare architectural drawings, working drawings and detailed drawings as required.
Develop 2D plans, elevations, sections and construction details.
Prepare presentation drawings, layouts and design concepts.
Assist in developing architectural and landscaping design proposals.
Coordinate with clients, site teams and other departments regarding design requirements.
Visit project sites when required and understand site conditions.
Support project execution by providing necessary drawings and design details.
Make revisions to drawings/designs based on client and management feedback.
Prepare BOQ, material details and other project-related documentation when required.
Coordinate architectural design with landscape, interior and external development works.
Must have a positive interest and willingness to work on landscaping projects.
Maintain proper documentation and follow project deadlines.
