Air Ticket Reservation Executive

Time Holidays is a leading Travel agency in Bangladesh that sells Air tickets, accommodations, inbound & outbound tours, holiday packages, transfers & activities. We are seeking a proactive, self-starting Fresher/experienced Reservation Executive.

Responsibilities -

• Making the Reservation of Air tickets, Hotels, Tours, Activities, Transfers, and other relevant services.

• Work on GDS Sabre, Amadeus & Galileo( Training provided)-Coordinate with Customers, suppliers, Airlines & other relevant parties.

• Making and confirming bookings through GDS, online portal, email, or phone.

• Should be Familiar with Issue, Re-Issue, Re-Validation, Refund.

• Making online reservations & processing refunds for the ticket

• Any other Tasks assign by the management.

• Organize travels from beginning to end.

• Provide up-to-date travel-related information to the customer.

• Maintain high professional standards of communications, dealings with customers & suppliers

• Have an active role in promoting the business through social media and other platforms.

• Create travel itinerary with flights & tour package items given.

• Respond to client query via online & offline channels.

• Describing the package tour, sight-seeing and itineraries to the clients.
