Minimum 4–5 years of hands-on experience in air ticket reservation
Strong command of GDS systems (Amadeus / Galileo / Sabre)
Solid understanding of fare structures, ticketing rules, and airline policies.
Knowledge of international and domestic flight routes and procedures.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
High attention to detail and accuracy in booking and documentation.
Strong client handling and customer service mindset.
Flexible and ready to handle urgent or after-hours travel needs
Following up client payment and helping in collecting payments.
As an Air Ticket Reservation Executive, you will play a critical role in ensuring accurate, efficient, and hassle-free flight bookings. You will be responsible for providing real-time information on flight schedules, fares, and availability while strictly following airline policies and industry regulations.
