Content and Creative Production

• Manage the full social media content workflow: ideation, briefing, creation, review, approval, scheduling, publishing, and monitoring.
• Brief and coordinate designers, copywriters, photographers, videographers, and other creative partners.
• Plan photography and video shoots, including briefs, shot lists, schedules, locations, and delivery requirements.
• Maintain consistent brand positioning, tone of voice, and visual direction across all channels.
• Ensure creative files are reviewed, approved, properly named, organized, and archived for future use.

Client and Delivery Management

• Manage day-to-day client communication, requirements, approvals, progress updates, and follow-ups.
• Track tasks, owners, deadlines, dependencies, and deliverables across multiple client accounts.
• Monitor content and campaign performance and prepare clear reports with actionable recommendations.
• Identify and escalate scope, budget, resource, or delivery risks before they affect timelines.
• Support client proposals, presentations, pitches, onboarding, and account planning.
• Use AI routinely for research, campaign planning, audience insight, content ideation, first-draft copy, reporting, and documentation. Build reusable prompts and workflows, protect confidential information, and fact-check every output before delivery or publication.
