AI Deployment Manager, Scale

We're standing up Scale ADM from first principles: an agentic, human-last motion for a large enterprise book. This is a founding seat. You'll help invent how SpaceXAI drives customer outcomes at scale across hundreds of accounts with a small team, using agents to surface risk and opportunity, and putting people where judgment still matters.

• Help found and run the Scale ADM motion across a wide enterprise portfolio
• Use agentic workflows to triage health, prioritize outreach, and keep human time scarce and high leverage
• Drive value realization that supports retention and expansion: deepen adoption, find account whitespace, and open growth paths across the book
• Amplify what already exists (marketing webinars, customer education, onboarding) and turn live learning into reusable motions without reinventing the wheel
• Shape playbooks and offerings from voice of customer: tailor what we deliver based on what we hear

• You've thrived in high-velocity, multi-customer environments and like building the machine, not only running it
