The AGM / Senior Manager – Laboratory & Telemedicine Operations will own both the operational and the business performance of Arogga's diagnostic and telemedicine service lines nationwide. Beyond running day-to-day service delivery – home sample collection, laboratory partner management, and doctor consultation operations – the role carries full accountability for the department's commercial health, including revenue growth, cost efficiency, and P&L performance. The incumbent will work closely with laboratory and doctor partners, logistics, customer service, and technology teams to build a scalable, efficient, and patient-centric healthcare service network.
