Experience in an ice cream/dairy/FMCG manufacturing company.
Knowledge of production machinery and cold‑chain operations.
Work under pressure. Manage multi‑shift production operations.
Manage planning as a head of production and operations to achieve production targets.
Supervise the ice cream manufacturing process from mix preparation to packaging and cold storage.
Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, food safety, hygiene, and SOP standards.
Monitor production efficiency, yield, wastage, manpower, and material utilization.
Coordinate with QA/QC, operations, engineering, supply chain, warehouse, procurement, and planning teams.
Identify production issues. Implement corrective actions to minimize downtime and losses.
Lead, train, and manage the production team effectively.
Support product trials, process improvement, formulation, cost reduction, and productivity enhancement initiatives.
Review production reports and ensure proper production documentation.
Any other task assigned by management.
