The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Textile, Group of Companies, Spinning

Candidates with relevant experience in spinning, textile, garments or other export-oriented manufacturing industries will be preferred.
Strong practical knowledge of financial reporting, management accounting, cost accounting, budgeting, taxation, VAT, treasury, banking and working capital management.
Sound understanding of export-oriented business operations, LC, export proceeds and foreign currency transactions.
Strong proficiency in ERP/accounting software and MS Excel.
Excellent leadership, analytical, communication and decision-making skills.
Ability to work independently and effectively communicate with senior management and the Board of Directors.

Lead and oversee the overall Finance & Accounts function of the group.
Ensure timely preparation of financial statements, management accounts, budgets, forecasts and cash-flow projections.
Manage financial planning, working capital, cash flow and treasury operations.
Oversee banking facilities, LC operations, export proceeds, foreign currency transactions and trade finance.
Ensure compliance with applicable Income Tax, VAT, Companies Act, Customs, Bangladesh Bank and other regulatory requirements.
Supervise cost accounting, product costing, inventory accounting, production cost analysis and variance analysis for spinning mill operations.
Establish, implement and strengthen internal controls, financial policies, SOPs and risk management systems.
Coordinate with internal and external auditors, banks, tax and VAT authorities, regulatory bodies and other stakeholders.
Provide timely financial analysis, business insights and strategic recommendations to the Managing Director and Board of Directors.
Lead, supervise, motivate and develop the Finance & Accounts team.
Ensure effective utilization of ERP/ accounting systems and improve financial reporting and control processes.
Support management in cost optimization, business planning, financial performance management and strategic decision-making.
