Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering.
B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from any reputed university.
Must have professional knowledge in Manufacturing / Production Management.

At least 15 years of relevant professional experience.
Minimum 5–7 years of experience in an AGM / DGM role in factory management.
Experience in Cookware / Steel / Metal / Home Appliances manufacturing industry is required.
Candidates with experience in Furniture Manufacturing or Steel industries are preferred.

Age: 40 to 45 years.
Only Male candidates are eligible to apply.
Strong knowledge of Press Shop, Die Maintenance, and Non-stick / Ceramic Coating processes.
Expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, and TPM.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and ERP software.
Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills in both English and Bangla.
Willingness to work at a factory location and under pressure.
Strong knowledge of manufacturing and production management practices.

Oversee entire factory operations including Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Planning.
Achieve monthly and yearly production targets while maintaining Cost, Quality, and Delivery (CQD) KPIs.
Plan and monitor preventive and breakdown maintenance of Press Machines, Dies, Coating Lines, and Furnaces.
Ensure product quality and reduce rejection rates in line with international standards.
Lead, train, and manage 800+ workers and officers to maximize productivity.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production and MIS reports for senior management.
Ensure compliance with all applicable government labor and factory laws.
