AGM- Accounts

Lead Central Accounts, General Ledger, financial reporting, consolidation, reconciliations, and month/year-end closing.

Ensure strong and accurate utilization of SAP S/4HANA FI/CO, including GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Cost Center, Profit Center, Product Costing, and financial closing.

Oversee product costing, inventory accounting, cost allocation, and variance analysis across yarn, fabric, conversion, CM, and finished garments.

Ensure accurate integration of accounting with SAP MM, SD, PP, Inventory, Procurement, and Production processes.

Strengthen internal controls, audit processes, VAT/tax compliance, statutory requirements, and accounting standards.

Drive SAP process improvement, system integrity, master-data accuracy, automation, and standardization.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate transaction recording and timely resolution of SAP/accounting issues.

Lead, coach, and develop the Accounts team with a strong focus on accuracy, discipline, control, compliance, and SAP capability.
