Educational Qualifications

•  Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business Administration, Management, English, Marketing, Public Relations, Social Sciences, or another relevant discipline from a recognized university.
• Professional training or certification in admissions, customer service, counselling, education management, event coordination, or digital office applications will be preferred

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience in school admissions, parent relations, student services, customer service, education counselling, program coordination, or administration is preferred.
• Fresh graduates with strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal abilities may also be considered for an entry-level appointment.
• Previous experience in an English-medium school, education consultancy, foundation program, study-abroad organization, or training institution will be an advantage.
• Experience in handling complaints, preparing reports, conducting surveys, coordinating events, or following up with prospective students will be preferred.

Required Skills and Competencies

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bangla.
• Strong interpersonal, parent-handling, counselling, and customer-service skills.
• Ability to listen carefully, remain calm, and resolve complaints professionally and confidentially.
• Sound knowledge of admission procedures, student documentation, follow-up practices, and record management.
• Good coordination and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively with teachers, Section Heads, counsellors, administration, accounts, marketing personnel, and management.
• Ability to organize and support extra-curricular activities, seminars, parent meetings, open-house program, and institutional events.
• Research, observation, data-collection, analytical, and report-writing skills for institutional surveys and market research.
• Basic understanding of study-abroad pathways, foundation program, English-medium education, and student counselling will be an advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, email, Google Workspace, online forms, and digital communication platforms.
• Strong organizational, time-management, multitasking, and follow-up abilities.
• Attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate and confidential records.
• Professional appearance, positive attitude, integrity, accountability, adaptability, and willingness to undertake on-site visits when required.
