Experience

Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Bengali with public relations capability.
Hands-on experience dealing with BIDA, SB, NSI, visa, passport, and protocol procedures.
Flexibility: Ability and willingness to perform 3-shift rotation duties at the Rupganj, Narayanganj plant location.

Responsibilities & Context

ACS Textiles (Bangladesh) Ltd., a premier textile manufacturing organization, is seeking proactive and experienced professionals for the position of Admin Officer. Located at the manufacturing plant in Rupganj, Narayanganj, this operational role manages day-to-day administrative functions, shift operations, protocol and liaison, staff documentation, and administrative support across a 3-shift rotation schedule.

Key Responsibilities

Shift & Operational Management: Supervise shift operations across a 3-shift rotation schedule to ensure seamless administrative coverage, plant protocol, and continuous office functionality.
Government Protocol & Institutional Liaison: Handle government liaison, visa processing, passport renewals, and protocols involving Special Branch (SB), National Security Intelligence (NSI), and Bangladesh Investment Development Authority (BIDA).
Corporate Correspondence & Public Relations: Draft formal internal and external correspondence, letters, and emails for both domestic and international communication in fluent English and Bengali.
HR Administration & Employee Records: Maintain employee personal files, prepare daily/monthly attendance reports, process joining reports, track staff performance evaluations, and update administrative HR files.
Meeting Coordination & Executive Secretarial Support: Schedule, organize, and coordinate corporate and plant meetings, manage administrative calendars, issue notices to participants, and maintain official records.
