This is a foundational hire, not a continuation of the existing function. The mandate is a complete revamp of Administration and HR across Everlife Enterprise: rebuilding discipline, documentation standards, and corporate culture from day one.
The successful candidate will be expected to formalize practices that have previously been informal or inconsistently applied, and to operate with independence from business-unit leadership on HR and disciplinary matters.
