Accounts Receivable Specialist

The Finance Department is looking for an Accounts Receivable Specialist to support the day-to-day Accounts Receivable operations while ensuring timely and accurate financial processing. In this role, you will partner with internal teams, customers, and our Accounts Receivable team in Germany to manage payments, disputes, corporate accounts, and other AR activities. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, dependable, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• You manage day-to-day Accounts Receivable activities, ensuring transactions and account information are processed accurately and on time
• You process chargebacks and manage customer disputes and account-related issues through resolution
• You collaborate with branch teams to resolve account issues and assist with unblocking customers when appropriate
• You partner closely with the Accounts Receivable team in Germany to manage corporate accounts and ensure payments are properly booked and cleared
• You establish and maintain strong relationships with customers and corporate accounts while serving as a key point of contact for Accounts Receivable inquiries
• You support the Accounts Receivable Manager with accounting and administrative functions, including incoming checks, deposits, reconciliations, and other AR-related activities
