Responsibilities & Context

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Officer to manage financial records, daily billing operations, bank reconciliations, and reporting for our healthcare facility.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily hospital income/expense accounting using accounting software/ERP and Hospital Management Software (HMS).
Oversee patient billing operations, IPD/OPD daily collections, and cash reconciliation with counter staff.
Prepare monthly financial statements, balance sheets, income statements, and bank reconciliation statements.
Handle vendor invoices, doctor payouts, pharmacy account reconciliation, and supplier payments.
Manage Tax (TDS) and VAT deductions at source in accordance with national tax regulations.
Maintain petty cash transactions and perform routine physical cash/inventory audits.
Coordinate with internal and external auditors during annual audits.
