Job Responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day accounting records and prepare Journal Vouchers.
• Maintain Cash, Bank, Sales, Purchase, Receivable and Payable accounts.
• Maintain party ledgers and perform regular ledger reconciliation.
• Verify bills, invoices, vouchers and supporting documents.
• Monitor Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable.
• Assist in monthly closing and preparation of Trial Balance.
• Assist in preparation of Income Statement and Balance Sheet.
• Prepare Bank Reconciliation Statements.
• Maintain proper documentation of VAT, Tax and other financial records.
• Prepare financial reports as required by management.
• Ensure accuracy, confidentiality and proper control of accounting records.

Required Skills

• Strong practical knowledge of accounting principles, Debit/Credit, Journal, Ledger and Trial Balance.
• Good command of MS Excel.
• Proficiency in accounting software/ERP.
• Good analytical and reporting skills.
• Must be honest, responsible, disciplined and detail-oriented.
