Professional or Partly completed qualifications such as CA-CC considered as an advantage

The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate, Developer, Real Estate Startup

Maintain daily accounting records and financial transactions.
Prepare daily cash and bank statements.
Record cash receipts, payments, vouchers, bills and expenses.
Maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable records.
Prepare payment vouchers, journal vouchers and receipt vouchers.
Check bills, invoices and supporting documents before processing payments.
Maintain petty cash and ensure proper documentation of expenses.
Perform daily bank reconciliation and monitor bank transactions.
Maintain supplier, customer and employee accounts.
Assist in preparation of monthly financial statements and management reports.
Maintain proper filing and documentation of all accounts-related records.
Assist in VAT, Tax and other statutory documentation when required.
Coordinate with HR, Procurement, Administration and other departments regarding financial matters.
Perform other accounting and finance-related duties assigned by the management.
