Sako Landmark Ltd., a growing real estate company, is looking for competent, energetic and career-oriented individuals for the following positions :

Manage daily accounting operations and financial transactions.
Prepare financial statements, ledgers, cash flow reports, and monthly financial reports.
Maintain accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger.
Prepare budgets, financial forecasts, and management reports.
Ensure VAT, Tax, and other regulatory compliance.
Coordinate with auditors and regulatory authorities.
Monitor project-wise costing and financial performance.
Supervise the accounts team and ensure accurate documentation.
Prepare bank reconciliation statements.
Assist management in financial planning and decision-making.
Strong knowledge of Accounting, VAT, Tax, and Financial Reporting.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
Good communication and leadership abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Key Responsibilities

Record daily transactions and maintain books of accounts
Prepare bank reconciliations and financial reports
Handle VAT, tax and statutory compliance
Process payments, bills and petty cash
Support audits and month-end closing
