Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day Accounts & Finance operations, including vouchers, ledgers, receivables, payables and expense records.
Handle Cash & Bank transactions, cash receipts, payments, daily cash balance and timely bank deposits.
Maintain and reconcile Cash Book, Bank Book and Bank Statements.

Manage day-to-day Accounts & Finance operations, including vouchers, ledgers, receivables, payables and expense records.
Handle Cash & Bank transactions, cash receipts, payments, daily cash balance and timely bank deposits.
Maintain and reconcile Cash Book, Bank Book and Bank Statements.
Prepare and maintain VAT, TAX & AIT records, calculations, challans and supporting documents.
Handle Factory Accounts & Commercial activities, including purchase, sales, supplier bills, expenses and factory-related transactions.
Prepare and maintain LC, TT, BL and other import/export-related documents and coordinate with banks and the Commercial Department.
Handle Export Incentive documentation, calculation, claim preparation, submission and follow-up with banks and concerned authorities.
Maintain export-related records and ensure proper supporting documents for Export Incentive claims.
Manage Restaurant Accounts, including daily sales, cash collection, expenses, purchases and bank deposits.
Verify daily restaurant sales and reconcile cash collection with sales reports and bank deposits.
Prepare incentive, commission and other payment statements and ensure proper supporting documents.
Prepare monthly accounts reports, reconciliation statements and management reports.
Monitor customer/supplier balances, outstanding payments and collections.
Assist in internal/external audit, VAT and Tax audit and provide required documents.
Ensure proper filing, documentation and compliance with company financial policies.
Coordinate with Factory, Commercial, Procurement, Store, Restaurant, Bank and Management for financial and accounting matters.
