Responsibilities & Context

Working Schedule:

Office Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Weekly Holiday

Due to business requirements, employees may occasionally be required to work beyond regular office hours. On certain days, working hours may extend up to approximately 8:00 PM.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain daily accounting records, books of accounts, and financial documents.
Prepare and maintain vouchers, bills, invoices, receipts, and payment records.
Manage daily cash transactions and maintain proper cash records.
Handle bank transactions and perform regular bank reconciliation.
Maintain accounts payable and receivable records.
Monitor company expenses and maintain proper supporting documentation.
Assist in preparing monthly financial reports, expense statements, and management reports.
Maintain proper documentation and records for audits and management review.
Coordinate with the management team regarding accounting and financial matters.
Support basic payroll-related activities and salary documentation.
Ensure all financial transactions are properly recorded and supported by necessary documents.
Maintain organized accounting files and records.
Perform other accounting and finance-related tasks assigned by management.
