Accounts Assistant

Maintain daily accounting records, vouchers, invoices and financial documents.

Prepare and maintain sales, purchase, cash and bank records.

Assist in accounts payable and accounts receivable management.

Prepare bills, receipts, payment vouchers and necessary accounting documents.

Perform daily cash and bank transactions and maintain proper records.

Assist in bank reconciliation and regular reconciliation of accounts.

Monitor outstanding payments and follow up with customers when required.

Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and statements.

Maintain proper documentation of company expenses and supporting documents.

Assist senior management/accounts team in audit and tax-related activities.

Ensure accuracy of accounting data and maintain confidentiality of financial information.

Perform other accounting and finance-related tasks assigned by the management.
