Accountant

1. Purchase & Supplier Payment

• Properly record every purchase transaction and ensure timely collection/payment of supplier payments.
• Maintain and regularly update supplier and product purchase records.

2. Sales, Inventory & Stock Monitoring

• Maintain daily sales records and determine receivables/outstanding amounts.
• Reconcile stock every 15 days, including total purchases, total sales, and existing stock, and prepare reports.

3. Financial Transactions & Cash Management

• Maintain records of daily sales revenue, receipts, payments, and expenses.
• Prepare monthly profit and loss statements for each branch.
• Monitor cash balance, bank balance, and transactions through various methods, including cash, cheque, and online payments.

4. HR & Payroll Management

• Maintain staff attendance records.
• Calculate monthly salaries based on attendance, including advance payments, provident fund, and other benefits.
• Maintain provident fund records and ensure timely deposits.

5. Incentive & Bonus Calculation

• Accurately calculate and record product-based sales incentives.

6. VAT, Tax & Compliance

• Ensure proper VAT and tax payments and prepare necessary tax/VAT returns.

7. Software & Manual Record Management

• Maintain purchase, sales, inventory, CRM, delivery, complaint, service, and other relevant records through software, with manual support when required.

Probation / Trial Period

The selected candidate will be kept as a trainee for the first 1 month. During this period, the quality, accuracy, and efficiency of their work will be evaluated.

Upon successful completion of the trainee period and meeting the expected standards, the candidate will be appointed permanently. Otherwise, the contract will be terminated.
