Accountant & Administration Executive

Accounts & Finance

• Maintain daily accounting records and bookkeeping.
• Record sales, purchases, expenses, and payment transactions.
• Prepare invoices, bills, vouchers, and payment documents.
• Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable.
• Maintain petty cash and cash book.
• Prepare monthly financial statements and management reports.
• Support external auditors, tax consultants, and compliance activities.
• Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records.

Banking & Collection

• Handle bank deposits, withdrawals, cheque deposits, and fund transfers.
• Prepare bank reconciliation statements.
• Follow up on customer payments and collections.
• Maintain outstanding receivables and payables records.
• Coordinate with banks regarding account operations and documentation.

Administration

• Maintain employee attendance and leave records.
• Assist in payroll preparation and salary processing.
• Maintain office files, contracts, and company documents.
• Manage office supplies and procurement activities.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers.
• Support day-to-day office administration and operational activities.

Inventory & Reporting Support

• Maintain inventory and stock movement records.
• Support warehouse and sales teams with documentation.
• Prepare sales, collection, inventory, and expense reports.
• Provide necessary information to management for decision-making.
