Account Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
• Understand client requirements and provide suitable solutions.
• Handle client queries, complaints, and ensure timely resolution.
• Identify new business opportunities and generate sales from existing and potential clients.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, presentations, and sales reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Follow up with clients regarding payments, renewals, and contracts.
• Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
• Maintain regular communication with clients and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the management.
