Account Manager

We are accelerating. The product works, clients renew, the market is taking shape. As our first Account Manager, you own the relationship with our brands from the moment they sign: you make their first campaign a success, you prove it with the numbers, and you grow each account from there. You report to the Head of Sales and write the customer playbooks with the Head of Sales and the CEO.

Account growth

• Take over each brand at signature: onboarding, campaign setup, first results
• Own the ongoing relationship: the next campaign is always planned, the next step always dated
• Own and exceed quarterly renewal and expansion targets on your portfolio (>100 brands today)

Customer success & performance

• Understand every account's performance in depth: what the numbers say, why, and what to do next
• Share it with rigor: clear reporting, regular performance reviews, no surprise at renewal time
• Turn results into recommendations brands act on: budget, targeting, next campaigns
• Be the brand's voice internally when something needs fixing, and the first to know when it is

Playbooks

• With the Head of Sales and the CEO, write the account management playbooks (onboarding, reporting cadence, renewal motion), then run them
• Automate what can be automated: AI in the reporting, the follow-up, the account research

Market feedback

• Feed what you hear from live accounts back to Sales and Product: what works, what doesn't, what brands ask for next

Profile

Must-have

• 2-7 years in account management in the media, adtech, digital, marketplace or e-commerce ecosystem
• You have personally owned a portfolio of brand accounts with a renewal or growth target. Running campaign logistics for someone else's accounts does not count.
• Sharp with numbers: you read a campaign report in seconds, defend it in front of a marketing director, and can tell us your portfolio size, your retention rate and your expansion figures without looking them up
• Rigorous: every account has a plan, every review has a date, every commitment is tracked
• AI-forward: you use AI tools in your daily workflow and have already automated part of it
• Professional English

A plus

• Experience with brand-side marketing / e-commerce decision-makers and media agencies
• Fluency with adtech metrics (CPM, CPC, ROAS)
• Startup or scale-up experience
