Account Executive - Enterprise SaaS Sales

We’re looking for a commercially strong enterprise sales professional who enjoys opening doors, navigating complex organisations and turning opportunities into large, strategic deals.

You’ll bring:

• Proven success selling complex B2B SaaS or technology solutions to enterprise customers.
• A strong track record of new-business acquisition and closing high-value deals.
• Experience managing complex, consultative sales cycles and engaging confidently with senior executives.
• Strong commercial judgement, negotiation, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
• The ability to work independently, create structure and take ownership in a growing market.
• Strong Italian communication skills and good written and spoken English to collaborate with our global team.
• A genuine interest in understanding customers’ businesses and connecting their challenges to meaningful commercial solutions.

Experience in these areas would be highly regarded:

• Mining, manufacturing, energy, utilities, construction, oil & gas or other high-risk industries.
• Safety, risk management or critical risk environments.
• Enterprise sales through channel or strategic partners.
• Building or launching a new geographic market.
• Existing relationships with senior decision-makers in relevant Italian industries.

You don’t need to have worked in safety technology to be successful here. What’s most important is your ability to sell complex enterprise solutions, build relationships at executive level and create new business.
