Account Executive, Enterprise

• Minimum 5+ years of experience working within enterprise SaaS platform sales into large Enterprises;
• Proven track record of meeting quarterly and annual targets;
• Deep understanding of executive-level Enterprise and/or Global Account sales and methodologies;
• Outstanding organizational, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and an ability to build and maintain strong, lasting business relationships with clients;
• Ability to identify and focus on the highest-revenue potential clients;
• Understand key market and industry trends and dynamics;
• Strong personal network within the region;
• Driven, highly motivated, and passionate about sales;
• Self-motivated, result-driven, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm;
• Fluent in German and English — both verbal and written;
• Experience with CRM/BPM software space is a plus.
