What's the opportunity?

As an SMB Account Executive, you will be a key member of the team leading the growth of our new business. We’re building a world-class sales organization, and the road ahead is going to be very exciting.

This is a seat at the centre of the biggest shift selling has seen in decades. You'll be selling AI agents to companies rethinking how their entire customer experience works, which means the conversations are strategic, technical and genuinely interesting. You'll also be using AI every day to run your own territory, from qualification to research to how you read a deal, so you're not just talking about the technology, you're operating on it. As a rapidly expanding business, there is a high degree of opportunity for progression, creativity, and ownership.

What will I be doing?

• Evangelize AI transformation by spearheading the growth and adoption of Fin across your given territory
• With access to the best internal AI tooling and enablement the market, maintain category leading and differentiating knowledge of AI as the category evolves
• Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to close, through a highly consultative sales approach
• Regardless of your segment, manage a varying volume complex 6 figure new business deals (at Fin, large and xl deals exist in every segment)
• Articulate Fin's value and differentiation using the Command of the Message framework / MEDDPICC. If this is new to you, you will be trained on this leading sales methodology
• Learn from sales leaders how to drive true control of your business; from QBR, territory planning and weekly / monthly forecasting.
• Partner with Sales Leaders, Sales Engineers and the wider solutions team to win flagship logos in the market
• Represent the voice of the customer to cross-functional partners, including R&D, Product, and Marketing
