He / she will be solely responsible for the whole academics from STD VIII to A levels.

Address the curriculum development and do the needful accordingly.
Follow up the existing rules for academics.
Oversee maintenance of the standard teaching practice.
Conduct teachers’ training – needs analysis, planning and implementation of training modules.
Check ULP, DLP, syllabus and question / assessment papers.
Observe classes periodically and give feedback to faculties as needed in the presence of the In-charge.
Do the others needful as per the position requires.
