Manage uninterrupted shift operations to maximize vehicle utilization and client satisfaction. Handle structured shift handovers to maintain continuous operational control. Execute scheduled deliveries in tandem with dispatch and scheduling officials. Monitor fleet availability, driver logs, and live vehicle locations via VTS tracking. Supervise loading zones to ensure timely vehicle gate-out according to the daily schedule. Troubleshoot on-road incidents, manage driver trip allowances, and arrange unloading labor. Track route performance and follow up on transit delays to protect delivery lead times. Organize efficient return trips by coordinating with drivers, agents, and upper management. Compile and update daily shift logs, transport metrics, and operational reports.
