Maintain accurate HR data records, payroll information, and turnover analytics. Ensure IMS compliance (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001) via rigorous documentation, risk assessments, and audits. Resolve plant audit findings and guide disciplinary actions alongside the legal team. Direct employee engagement initiatives and manage HR operational setups for new projects. Execute strategic, compliant duties assigned by management to support business priorities.
