Create digital designs for men’s apparel, including artwork, prints, and patterns. Build comprehensive tech packs with construction, sizing, colorways, and art placement details. Handle pattern grading and manage precise size specifications for manufacturing. Use Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop to build, modify, and improve designs. Produce 3D garment models and virtual fittings using CLO3D. Oversee sampling and fit feedback, updating digital designs as needed. Ensure all designs are commercially viable, cost-effective, and high-quality. Analyze seasonal trends, fabrics, colors, and silhouettes using WGSN and market data. Balance current market trends with the established brand identity. Work closely with merchandising, sourcing, and production departments for seamless execution. Keep structured digital files of all styles, updates, feedback, and approvals. Proven expertise in these specific areas is strictly required to apply.

Experience
Meet the minimum age requirement of 21 years. Demonstrate high proficiency in using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop. Possess hands-on working knowledge of CLO3D for apparel visualization and fit testing. Create accurate tech packs, measurement charts, and sizing specifications. Have a solid understanding of pattern grading and size breakdowns. Utilize WGSN trend forecasting for strategic seasonal planning. Maintain strong knowledge of fabrics, trims, printing, washing, and overall clothing construction. Understand the local Bangladeshi apparel manufacturing workflows. Manage multiple styles simultaneously while adhering to deadlines. Show excellent attention to detail, color perception, and fashion aesthetics. Communicate and coordinate effectively across teams.
