Provide legal advice and guidance on a wide range of company-related matters. Draft, review, and vet contracts, agreements, and other legal documents to ensure accuracy and compliance. Ensure the organization's operations comply with applicable laws, regulations, and legal requirements. Manage legal disputes and coordinate with external legal counsel on litigation and related matters. Maintain effective communication with government agencies and regulatory authorities on legal and compliance issues. Maintain legal records and perform any other legal responsibilities assigned by management.
Requirements
Education
Masters, Master of Law (LLM)
Experience
Age must be at least 30 years. LL.B. or LL.M. degree from a recognized university. Strong knowledge of corporate, commercial, labor, and contract laws. Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and legal documentation.
