We are looking for a highly experienced and dynamic Logic ERP Executive/Manager to lead ERP implementation, customization, and operational excellence across the Head Office and factory units of our garments business. Key Responsibilities
✔ Develop and implement ERP policies, procedures, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure efficient business operations.
✔ Analyze garment manufacturing workflows and configure the ERP system to support merchandising, production, inventory, finance, HR, and supply chain processes.
✔ Lead ERP implementation, customization, upgrades, testing, and deployment across spinning, knitting, dyeing, sewing, washing, and other production units.
✔ Coordinate with ERP software vendors and IT partners for system customization, troubleshooting, upgrades, and technical support.
✔ Ensure seamless integration of merchandising, costing, production planning, inventory, commercial, finance, HR, and supply chain modules.
✔ Monitor ERP data accuracy, system performance, and user compliance while maintaining data integrity across all departments.
✔ Manage user accounts, access permissions, VPN configuration, system security, and daily server backup activities.
✔ Troubleshoot ERP, server, and network-related issues to minimize operational downtime.
✔ Conduct user training, prepare training materials, and promote ERP adoption across factory and corporate teams.
✔ Collaborate closely with department heads to identify operational challenges and implement continuous system improvements.
✔ Monitor project progress, ensure timely ERP rollout, and maintain project documentation and reports.
✔ Prepare regular system performance, audit, and management reports.
✔ Perform any other ERP, IT, or business process improvement responsibilities assigned by management.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor/Honors, Bachelor of Science (BSc) Masters, Master of Science (MSc)
Experience
✔ Age: At most 40 years .
✔ Only Male candidates are eligible to apply.
✔ Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience in Logic ERP operations , including at least 5 years in a leadership role within a reputed garments organization.
✔ Proven experience in Logic ERP implementation , including successfully completing at least one full ERP implementation project .
✔ Strong experience in Knit, Woven, Knitting & Dyeing Garments , and Logic ERP-enabled companies or group of companies .
✔ In-depth knowledge of Logic ERP modules , business process integration, and ERP system administration.
✔ Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, server operations, networking, user management, data security, and system troubleshooting.
✔ Professional certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, MTCNA, or MTCRE will be considered a strong advantage.
✔ Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and report-writing skills.
✔ Proficiency in preparing MIS reports and business process analysis.
✔ Excellent communication skills in both Bangla and English .
✔ Self-motivated, proactive, target-oriented, and capable of working independently under pressure while managing multiple priorities.
✔ Candidates with direct Logic Software ERP experience will receive preference.
