Who can apply
Mid-career professionals from Bangladesh with a bachelor's degree, at least five years of full-time public service experience, demonstrated leadership and limited prior experience in the United States. This is a non-degree year, not a Masters — it awards a certificate, not a degree.
How to apply

- Check the eligible fields for the current cycle — the list changes from year to year.
- Submit the application with your professional record, essays and references.
- Shortlisted candidates are interviewed in Dhaka and then placed at a US university by the programme.
- Selected fellows take the required English test before placement.

Tips from successful applicants
- It is a professional fellowship, not a degree: applying with a research proposal misreads it.
- Public service impact in Bangladesh is the central criterion — write about what you have changed, not what you have studied.
- You cannot choose your host university; the programme places you.
