About this position
A person employed as an assistant in the research and teaching group in the Department of Cartography at the Faculty of Geodesy and Cartography of WUT will be responsible for tasks related to educating students, conducting classes, participating in research projects and performing other duties assigned by superiors.

Skills/Qualifications
- to have completed higher education with a master’s degree or equivalent in Geodesy and Cartography or a related field;
- to have a very good command of Polish and English;
- to have a scientific profile related to the specialization of the Department of Cartography;
- knowledge of GIS software (ArcGIS/QGIS);
- knowledge of topics related to Smart Cities, IoT, and mobile mapping;
- programming skills (Python or another language), ability to integrate sensors in a ROS environment;
- to have teaching experience;
- interest in and knowledge of the scientific exploration of extraterrestrial bodies is welcome;
