The programme aims to bolster the research, innovation and knowledge transfer performance for R&D&i structures at the UIB by recruiting four (4) local technical and operational research officers on two-year contracts.
The increasing level of professionalisation in the science, technology and innovation ecosystem in the Balearic Islands, alongside the relevant regulatory and budgetary provisions, have enabled the UIB to establish different professional profiles: research staff, including staff in training; and research support staff, with profiles such as experimental support technicians, support staff for core scientific and technical equipment; and project management technicians, including local support staff.
Recruiting local technical and operational research officers (PTGP) contributes to strengthening research activity, and attracting, managing and implementing high-quality research, innovation and knowledge transfer projects at R&D&i structures.

Individuals whose recruitment is funded by this programme must meet the following requirements:
a) Have an official undergraduate degree on the deadline for application submissions
b) Have an accredited B2-level in Catalan or equivalent.

Experience requirements:
