Job Summary
The University of North Georgia is currently accepting applications for a graduate student who will support the Graduate Admissions Office as well as the Office of Graduate Studies. This position will include a tuition waiver.
Responsibilities
- Assist in building out content for web landing pages and emails for Graduate Studies and Graduate Admissions with new content and graphics.
- Assist Graduate Admissions staff with computer processes for graduate admissions and recruitment as needed.
- Assist the Office of Graduate Studies and Graduate Admissions with data collection and reporting across graduate programs.
- Assist graduate administration in updating and monitoring the graduate online orientation platform and run reports from the software.
- Development of queries and surveys as needed.
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
- Project organization and management.
- Skilled using Microsoft Word and Excel, Facebook, Canva, and Google Analytics preferred.
- Attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn and grow with the position and the programs.
- Courteous, supportive and professional demeanor.
Ability to apply judgment and discretion in confidential matters.
- Ability to work on a team or individually with minimal supervision.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Must be enrolled as a graduate student at the University of North Georgia in a minimum of six (6) credit hours to qualify as a student worker.
Preferred Qualifications
- One (1) year experience with customer service background preferred.
- Previous experience in communications and marketing preferred.
