About Pellets
Pellets 2027 is the European Pellet Conference 2027, an energy conference. It takes place on 3 March 2027 in Wels, Austria. Full papers are due 9 October 2026.

Pellets are a fast, cost-effective and reliable way to keep energy affordable, meet our climate targets and reduce our dependence on energy imports. Yet, pellet markets are facing major challenges, including the strong policy focus on electrification and persistent investment reluctance. In 2027, the European Pellet Conference will present the unique strengths of pellets and explore how these can be used to create new momentum for pellet markets.
Join businesses from across the whole value chain, public bodies, researchers, and many other experts and decision makers in Austria for the latest on policies, innovations and practical solutions.

Topics of interest
Before you submit
- Read the full call for papers — page limits, template (IEEE, ACM, LNCS …) and whether review is double-blind.
- Deadlines are usually 23:59 Anywhere on Earth (AoE) — convert to Bangladesh time (UTC+6) and aim to submit a day early.
- At least one author normally has to register and present; budget for the fee and, for in-person events, a visa appointment well before the conference.
- Look for student travel grants and volunteer programmes — most large conferences run both, with deadlines soon after notification.
