★ ★ ★ 2026 2nd International Power and Electrical Engineering Conference will take place in Penang, Malaysia during December 11-14, 2026. IPEE 2026 is co-sponsored by IEEE Industry Applications Society, Universiti Sains Malaysia, Chongqing University and Tokyo University, Xiangtan University, co-organized by Wuxi University, Nanjing University of Information Science and Technology, Shanghai Jiao Tong University, Shanghai Energy-Saving Engineering Technology Association, Institute of Engineering Thermophysics, Chinese Academy of Sciences, Shanghai University of Electric Power, and WuXi Association of Automation.
The key goal of the conference is aimed at bringing together academicians, scientists, engineers, and researchers working in various disciplines of these fields to exchange views as well as to share their expertise, experience and research results, and discuss the challenges and future directions in their specialized areas of research in these fields.

- Deadlines are usually 23:59 Anywhere on Earth (AoE) — convert to Bangladesh time (UTC+6) and aim to submit a day early.
- At least one author normally has to register and present; budget for the fee and, for in-person events, a visa appointment well before the conference.
