ICOCE 2027 Shining Points: 1. All accepted papers of ICOCE 2027 will be published as international conference proceedings in Springer book series: Lecture Notes in Civil Engineering, which will be submitted to EI Compendex , Scopus, Inspec, SCImago, ZbMATH etc for indexing. 2. ICOCE has a long history from 2017 to 2026 with stable publication record and indexing. 3. ICOCE is deeply rooted in Singapore for many years and maintains stable partnerships with local Singapore societies. 4. Its academic exchange circle continues to expand, drawing active participation and great support from international scholars year after year. International participation of ICOCE has steadily increased. 5. One-Day Trip will be arranged on April 10,2027.
Paper Publishing Submissions will be peer reviewed by conference committees and accepted papers of ICOCE 2027 will be published as international conference proceedings in Springer book series: Lecture Notes in Civil Engineering, which will be submitted to EI Compendex , Scopus, Inspec, SCImago, ZbMATH etc for indexing. Authors are encouraged to submit your extended papers with at least 35% new content to International Journal of Structural and Civil Engineering Research , which will be sent to be reviewed by the IJSCER editorial board, and accepted papers will be published in IJCSCER and indexed by Google Scholar, ProQuest, etc.

- Read the full call for papers — page limits, template (IEEE, ACM, LNCS …) and whether review is double-blind.
- Deadlines are usually 23:59 Anywhere on Earth (AoE) — convert to Bangladesh time (UTC+6) and aim to submit a day early.
- At least one author normally has to register and present; budget for the fee and, for in-person events, a visa appointment well before the conference.
