ICBSR 2026 is the 2026 International Conference on Bio-inspired System and Robotics (ICBSR 2026), a control & automation conference. It takes place on 25 December 2026 in Xiamen, China. Full papers are due 18 October 2026.
The 2026 International Conference on Bio-inspired System and Robotics (ICBSR 2026) is one of the flagship conferences in control, mechatronics and robotics, will be held in Xiamen, China, from Dec. 25 - 28, 2026, which is sponsored by International Association of Swarm and Evolutionary Intelligences, Technical Committee on Guidance, Navigation and Control (TCGNC), CSAA and Fujian Society of Aeronautics and Astronautics, and co-sponsored by Kunming University of Science and Technology, Sichuan University, Technical Committee on Tri-Co Robot(TCTCR), Chinese Association of Automation(CAA), Technical Committee on Intelligent Automation(TCIA), supported by Hong Kong Society of Mechanical Engineers(HKSME) and Springer Nature, organized by Xiamen University, will spotlight cutting-edge technologies, industrial applications, and societal impacts, fostering the growth of intelligent systems in Asia and beyond.

Call for Special Sessions As an important supplement to the regular sessions of the 2026 International Conference on Bionic Systems and Robotics (ICBSR 2026), Special Sessions aim to enrich the dimensions of academic exchange at the conference and expand interdisciplinary frontier communication.
Potential organizers from home and abroad are required to submit the special session information through the submission system, including:

Before you submit
- Read the full call for papers — page limits, template (IEEE, ACM, LNCS …) and whether review is double-blind.
- Deadlines are usually 23:59 Anywhere on Earth (AoE) — convert to Bangladesh time (UTC+6) and aim to submit a day early.
- At least one author normally has to register and present; budget for the fee and, for in-person events, a visa appointment well before the conference.
- Look for student travel grants and volunteer programmes — most large conferences run both, with deadlines soon after notification.
