It is with great pleasure and honor that we warmly welcome you to The 10th International Conference on Business and Information Management (ICBIM 2026), which will be held during November 20–22, 2026, at Rajamangala University of Technology Tawan-ok, Chakrabongse Bhuvanarth Campus, Bangkok, Thailand. ICBIM 2026 serves as a distinguished international forum for researchers, academics, industry practitioners, and policy leaders to exchange innovative ideas, present cutting-edge research findings, and foster interdisciplinary collaboration in the broad fields of business, information systems, intelligent computing, and digital technologies. In recent years, the accelerating demand for efficiency, resilience, innovation, and digital transformation across industries has significantly advanced the field of Business and Information Management. Emerging technologies—including artificial intelligence, machine learning, big data analytics, cloud computing, blockchain, intelligent IoT systems, and digital platforms—are fundamentally reshaping how organizations operate, create value, and sustain competitive advantage in the digital economy.

ICBIM 2026 is proudly hosted and sponsored by Rajamangala University of Technology Tawan-ok, Thailand. It is co-organized by the International Auditors for Digital and Data Management Association (Thailand), Kasetsart University, Mae Fah Luang University, Panyapiwat Institute of Management, and the College of Innovation and Management, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, all based in Thailand. Multimedia University, Malaysia provides technical support for the conference. In addition, IEEE Thailand Section and IEEE CS Thailand Chapter serve as the technical sponsors of ICBIM 2026.

Submission Guidelines

1. Full Paper Submission (Oral Presentation & Publication): Authors are required to submit a complete paper. Accepted papers will be included in the conference proceedings after peer review. 2. Oral Presentation Only: Only an abstract submission is required.

Submission Requirements:

The official language of the conference is English. All papers must be written and presented in English. Full papers should include figures/tables and references, with a length of 4–5 pages. An additional page charge will apply starting from the sixth page.

Publication:

Conference Proceedings: Each accepted paper must register and present at the conference. No-show papers will be excluded from the final proceedings. Submitted papers will be peer reviewed by program committees and technical committee, and accepted papers will be published into ICBIM 2026 conference proceedings by IEEE after registration and presentation. The proceedings will be submitted for inclusion into IEEE Xplore and indexed by Ei Compendex & Scopus. Mandatory Requirement: 1. At least one author of each accepted paper must attend the conference and deliver a presentation. 2. No-show papers will be excluded. 3. All submitted articles should report original, not AI-generating research, previously unpublished research results, experimental or theoretical.
