About ICAITD
ICAITD 2026 is the International Conference on AI new Technologies and open Discussions, a social sciences conference. It takes place on 12 October 2026 in Oji, Japan. Full papers were due 1 August 2026.

Papers should be submitted to the "ICAITD" section of OpenReview at https://openreview.net/
We are currently in the review period for Group 1, and OpenReview settings prevent the acceptance of new submissions. Please submit your paper on or after July 11.
ICAITD 2026 will make the final proceedings open access with no additional APC.
Single-blind peer review will be used.
We place great importance on the objective evaluation of novelty and originality. Therefore, please provide a detailed explanation regarding the novelty and originality of your work, addressing these aspects from multiple perspectives—such as the abstract, main text, results, and conclusions.
Use of Generative AI: As a general rule, the use of generative AI is permitted across all sessions and categories. The author is responsible for verifying the generated output and eliminating issues such as hallucinations, errors, or AI-generated text that the author does not understand. If program code is used, it should generally be made available via an appendix, GitHub, or a similar platform, and presented in a format that allows reviewers to reproduce the similar results. Submissions that are impossible to evaluate due to insufficient explanation may be rejected.

Before you submit
- Read the full call for papers — page limits, template (IEEE, ACM, LNCS …) and whether review is double-blind.
- Deadlines are usually 23:59 Anywhere on Earth (AoE) — convert to Bangladesh time (UTC+6) and aim to submit a day early.
- At least one author normally has to register and present; budget for the fee and, for in-person events, a visa appointment well before the conference.
- Look for student travel grants and volunteer programmes — most large conferences run both, with deadlines soon after notification.
