About HERVEX
HERVEX 2026 is the The 30th International Conference on Hydraulics, Pneumatics, Sealing Elements, Precision Mechanics, Tools, Specific Electronic Equipment & Mechatronics, a renewable energy conference. It takes place on 18 November 2026 in Baile Govora, Romania. Full papers are due 9 October 2026.
The objective of the HERVEX conference is to provide an opportunity to exchange high quality recent information and trends on the future development in the field of Fluid Power among participants from design and research in the field of hydraulics and pneumatics. The conference aims to bring engineers from industry together with research specialists and equipment dealers from fluid power field, in order to present news from research and interesting industrial applications of fluid power systems.
The main topics of the conference are listed on the conference website http://hervex.ro/call-for-papers/ but they are not restrictive.

Topics of interest
Before you submit
- Read the full call for papers — page limits, template (IEEE, ACM, LNCS …) and whether review is double-blind.
- Deadlines are usually 23:59 Anywhere on Earth (AoE) — convert to Bangladesh time (UTC+6) and aim to submit a day early.
- At least one author normally has to register and present; budget for the fee and, for in-person events, a visa appointment well before the conference.
- Look for student travel grants and volunteer programmes — most large conferences run both, with deadlines soon after notification.
