Welcome Message Welcome to The 10th International Conference on E-Society, E-Education and E-Technology (ESET 2026), which will be held from December 11th-13th, 2026, in the beautiful port city of Hakodate, Hokkaido, Japan. This year, ESET 2026 is proudly co-sponsored by Future University Hakodate, Japan, co-organized by Otsuma Women's University, Japan and Ming Chuan University, Taiwan, and supported by University of Almeria, Spain.

As technology continues to reshape the way we learn, communicate, and interact, ESET 2026 aims to bring together scholars, educators, engineers, and innovators from around the globe to exchange ideas, present research findings, and discuss the latest advancements in e-society, e-education, and e-technology. The conference serves as a multidisciplinary platform for exploring how digital technologies are transforming society and education in profound ways.

We are looking for experts in various areas related to e-society, e-education, and e-technology to help review and select papers, workshops, and presentations for the conference. Before you submit

  • Read the full call for papers — page limits, template (IEEE, ACM, LNCS …) and whether review is double-blind.
  • Deadlines are usually 23:59 Anywhere on Earth (AoE) — convert to Bangladesh time (UTC+6) and aim to submit a day early.
  • At least one author normally has to register and present; budget for the fee and, for in-person events, a visa appointment well before the conference.
  • Look for student travel grants and volunteer programmes — most large conferences run both, with deadlines soon after notification.
